Better than Other cab company’s by far! I love that if you miss their call, they place your ride on hold until you reply if you do or do not need the cab! It’s such a hassle to have to call my insurance company to get the ride reordered! So thankful they are understanding and more often than not, will wait a few minutes for you as well.

The best drivers ever! I am temporarily disabled due to surgical complications. I get a different driver every time I call, and every one of them have been more than helpful with my Walker and my packages wherever I go! They have been even as helpful as to run into the post office and grab my mail for me!. They are caring and compassionate! Thank you zoom zoom Cab for hiring the best people on the planet to work for you!!

The customer service was exceptional! When they pick you up at the airport, they are waiting for you at baggage claim and help you get your bags off the conveyor belt and then get them into and out of the taxi. I consider the taxi cost part of my travel budget and wouldn't take any other means of transportation to and from the airport. The safety, comfort, and help with my bags are well worth the extra expense. I highly recommend them

Zoom Zoom has been a life-changer for me. They helped me with flagpoling at the Canadian border.
